Check-In
Check-in is only possible from 15.00, since one of our top priorities is to provide our guests with a hygienically clean room. In order to maintain these high hygiene and cleaning standards, our cleaning staff needs sufficient time to clean each room thoroughly. Thank you for your understanding.
Check-Out
Please note that the rooms must be vacated by 11:00, on the day of departure. If you would like a later check-out at an extra charge, please check with the reception the day before, to see if this is possible (subject to availability of the room). If you have booked a late check-out, you must reactivate your key card by 11:00 on the day of your departure (otherwise it will no longer lock the room). Before you leave the hotel, please make sure you have returned the key card to the reception and check that the bill has been settled.
Beach / Pool Towel
Upon arrival you will find beach towels (sand colour), in your bathroom. Kindly note that you can change your beach towels daily, from 11:00-17:00at one of our five pool bars (Nautilus-Kalypso-Veranda-Poseidon-Aqua).
